THE FORMER DODGE PROPERTY This site is an example of how the Land Trust can partner with private developers to preserve open space. The land trust acquired this site by assignment of a right of first refusal from the Town of Wenham and partnered with Windover Development to preserve the open space. This reservation contains improved pathways that are accessible by foot and bicycle and connect Main Street to Porter Street in Wenham. Another path to Pingree Park and benches are soon to be added to the site. |
