			MARSHVIEW 9.7 acres off Sagamore Street Ipswich Gift of New England Biolabs Corporation Marshview, the gift of New England Biolabs, is a 9.7 acre triangular shaped piece of wooded wetland and floodplain in Ipswich. It borders the Miles River beginning at the bridge where Gardner Street in Hamilton becomes Sagamore Street in Ipswich. Together with out Riverview Reservation downstream on the Hamilton side of the river, the land trust now owns almost 2 miles of frontage on the Miles River.
